Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • These terms and conditions are set out on the basis on which you can use our website. By ordering goods from ®Royalty Beauty Bar, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

 

  • In these terms and conditions, ‘goods’, ‘hair extensions’ and 'hair extension products' means tape for fixing wigs; wigs for wear; wigs; hair clips; hair extensions; hair (false -); hair pieces; hair (Plaited -); hair (Tresses of -) and human hair; human hairpieces, hair extension cases / boxes.

 

2. Intellectual Property, Software and Content

  • You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website, nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

3. Terms of Sale

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. All sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS issued. If you believe you have a special circumstance to receive a refund or a credit, please contact Royalty Beauty Bar at royaltybeautybar@gmail.com or you may call 980-237-3064, and the decision will be up to the owner’s discretion. 

 

  • When placing an order you agree that all the details you provide are true an accurate. You also agree that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to change.

 

  • You also agree that when providing a discount code or using a promotional offer, the following must be followed: 

 

    • You cannot use the offer after it has expired and we have the right to reject any offer or promotional code used after the expiration date. 

 

    • Only one discount code OR promotional offer can be used per order 

 

 

    • There will also be NO CREDIT or REFUNDS provided when using a discount code or promotional offer. 

 

  • When ordering any goods that provide density, lace, and/or wig instructions, please read accordingly. As once your order is confirmed you cannot change it and you will not be issued a refund and/or credit. 

 

  • All bundles, closures and/or frontals must be purchased a week before your appointment. ®Royalty Beauty Bar does not hold any hair without payment. No Exceptions

 

    • Purchasing a fuller density lace wig can result in a longer processing time. 

 

4. Delivery 

  • Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made to delivery times are subject to any delays from postal delays to weather delays, which ®Royalty Beauty bar will not be responsible.

 

  • Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only. Please refer to your tracking email to determine when your goods will arrive. 

 

5. Appointments

  • When booking an appointment a deposit is required. For all new appointments, a deposit is required and for maintenance appointments, a deposit is required. If a deposit is not received within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. No Exceptions. 

 

  • You will not be allowed to change any booking service the day of your appointment. If you desire a color service, you must book that service at the same time of your original appointment. No Exceptions

 

  • If you are going to be late, please call ®Royalty Beauty Bar at 980-3064. There is a grace period of 15 minutes for you to arrive to your appointment. If you arrive past 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. There will be no refund of your deposit paid. 

 

  • There are no kids allowed in the salon. There are also no extra guest allowed in the salon. If you need to bring an extra guest, they are to wait in the waiting area and not wander around the salon. 

 

6. Warranty and Liability 

  • While ®Royalty Beauty Bar prefers to work with their bundles, frontals, and closures. We will work with other hair company’s extensions that you provide. While we guarantee our best work, we cannot guarantee the outcome of the lace applications, as all frontals are made differently from different factories. The quality of lace, hair, and size of the frontal determines the quality of the customization done on the frontal. 

 

  • Hair extension products found to be defective, incorrectly supplied, or invoiced because of error on the part of ®Royalty Beauty Bar will be replaced or refunded without cost to the buyer. 

 

  • This warranty is given by ®Royalty Beauty Bar subject to the condition that ®Royalty beauty Bar shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow ®Royalty Beauty Bar instructions and/or care guide, misuse, alteration or repair without ®Royalty Beauty Bar approval

 

7. Indemnity 

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ®Royalty Beauty Ba, its owners, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of the terms and conditions.

8. Variation

  • ®Royalty Beauty Bar has the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the terms and conditions and/or any page of this website. 

9. Complaints

  • ®Royalty Beauty Bar will try to resolve all disputes when they first arise. Please let us know if you have any complaints or comments. 

10. Waiver 

  • If you breach the conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions. 

11) Entire Agreement 

  • The terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and ®Royalty Beauty Bar. Any waiver of any provision of the terms and condition will be effective only if in writing and signed by the owners of ®Royalty Beauty Bar.
