Royalty Beauty Bar – No Refund & No Exchange Policy

At Royalty Beauty Bar, we are committed to delivering a luxury experience through both our services and our premium hair collections. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any services or hair purchases.

 

Our hair is carefully sourced from trusted international suppliers, including regions known for producing the highest quality raw human hair. Each bundle is ethically collected, cuticle-aligned, and thoroughly inspected to ensure consistency, longevity, and a natural, realistic appearance. Our extensions range in texture from kinky straight to curly, designed to blend seamlessly with natural hair while maintaining durability with proper care. Every bundle is constructed with reinforced wefts and high-quality stitching to minimize shedding and ensure long-term wear.

Because of this strict quality assurance process, we cannot accept returns once hair has left our facility. This policy protects the integrity and hygiene of our products, as well as ensures that every client receives unused, premium-grade hair.

 

For all salon services, time, expertise, and customized care are provided to each client. Once a service has been completed, it is considered accepted and non-refundable. If there are any concerns regarding your service, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and make reasonable adjustments if necessary.

We strongly recommend that all hair be installed by a licensed professional to achieve the best results and maintain the longevity of the product. Improper handling, over-processing, excessive manipulation, or lack of proper maintenance may affect the performance of the hair and is not a reflection of its quality.
