Rules before booking an appointment: MUST READ
*No kids or Extra people allowed. As much as we would like to house extra guest in the salon we take pride in our customers experience. With doing that we want to keep all distraction at a minimal so that our customers can enjoy the Royalty Beauty Bar experience.
*Every client must pay a deposit. Customers must pay a deposit for all installs and maintenances. If the deposit is not paid and your appointment is not confirmed the appointment will be canceled no exceptions. Appointment reminders are send via email and sms, please make sure that you confirm before the day of your appointment. Customers will also be required to enter in their card info on our booking widget to secure the appointment. Our booking widget is a credit card capture and will not be charge at the moment. However if the customer is a no call no show, the card on file will be charge a $50 non-refundable inconvenience fee. All deposits are final. No refunds.
*NO CALL NO SHOW, NEVER AGAIN: If you book an appointment and don't show or call, you will never be able to book again.
*Order your hair from Royalty Beauty Bar in advance: Its required that all customers who wish to use our hair for their appointment must purchase hair in advance. Hair must be purchase a week in advance, not including weekends. If hair is not ordered in advance before the appointment the client must bring in their own hair.
*We do NOT accept text messaging as a form of appointment: If you would like an appointment please do so by booking online. Please do not text your stylist about an appointment as we can't guarantee the receipt of the message. Email questions are acceptable however to book, either call the salon or book online.
*NO Squeeze in appointments or services: You get what you booked for. If you would like an additional service you will have to schedule for the additional service on a later day. No exceptions.
